PDF document properties often include author names, document titles, creator software, producer software, keywords and timestamps. These are not always visible when reading the pages.

This tool creates a fresh local PDF copy and blanks common document-info fields supported by the current browser PDF library. It does not promise to remove every possible embedded file, annotation author, image EXIF block or application-specific history.

Does cleaning change visible pages? Page content is copied into a new PDF, but specialized forms, signatures or attachments may not survive. Verify important documents. Does it upload files? No. Does metadata removal redact visible text? No, use a redaction tool for visible sensitive content.
