EXIF/Image Metadata Remover
Remove EXIF and common embedded metadata from JPEG, PNG and WebP images by decoding and re-encoding pixels locally in your browser.
Choose a JPEG, PNG or WebP image up to 20 MB. Ebhor decodes the pixels and creates a fresh image, which removes EXIF/GPS and other container metadata that is not part of the decoded pixel data. Maximum decoded dimensions are 12,000 px per side / 60 MP.

What is removed
Exif can contain capture time, camera/lens identifiers, editing software, descriptive fields and GPS location. The Exif 3.0 specification also supports richer information metadata. Ebhor does not try to edit individual tags; it creates a new image from decoded pixels so metadata blocks from the source container are not copied into the output.
Important limitation
Re-encoding can change file size, compression artifacts, color-management details and other non-pixel information. Animated images are intentionally not accepted. If evidentiary preservation or exact binary fidelity matters, keep the original file separately.
Privacy
Processing is entirely browser-side. The source file is not uploaded, logged or stored by Ebhor. Temporary browser object URLs are revoked when replaced and when leaving the page.
