Favicon and App Icon Generator

Upload a square or rectangular JPEG, PNG or WebP up to 20 MB. Processing is local. The image is center-cropped to a square and exported at common browser/app sizes. Maximum decoded dimensions are 12,000 px per side / 60 MP.

Sizes and standards
HTML's rel="icon" processing uses the declared icon type and sizes values to help the browser choose the most appropriate resource. Ebhor generates 16×16, 32×32 and 48×48 browser PNG icons, a favicon.ico containing all three of those sizes, a 180×180 Apple touch icon, and 192×192 / 512×512 app icons for the web manifest.
Why the image is cropped
Favicons are displayed in square slots. This tool uses a centered square crop instead of stretching the source, which avoids distorting logos. Transparent areas are flattened against the selected background for predictable PNG/ICO output.
Privacy
The selected image is decoded and resized in the browser. No image upload endpoint, server file or user-image log is used. Generated object URLs are revoked when regenerated or when the page is unloaded.
