How splitting works
Ebhor keeps words together where possible, splits unusually long unbroken text only when necessary, reserves room for optional thread numbering, and shows an estimated count for every post.
Important counting note
X documents a 280-character standard post and treats URLs as 23 characters through t.co. X also has its own text-weighting rules, so Ebhor labels its browser calculation as an estimate instead of pretending to reproduce every platform edge case.
