Parameters
Encoding behavior
The builder uses the browser WHATWG URL and URLSearchParams APIs. Parameter names and values are percent-encoded by the platform, repeated keys remain repeated, and parameter order is retained.
Limits
The URL/base input is capped at 16 KB. Individual parameter names are capped at 512 characters and values at 4,096 characters for predictable browser/mobile behavior.
Privacy
No supplied URL or parameter value is sent to the application server, fetched, saved or logged by this tool.
